Flexible Rubber Couplings
Rubber couplings have many different applications and can be very useful to have when installing a pond pump or filter system. Made from elastomeric polyvinyl chloride, rubber couplings provide a strong, leak-proof seal, plus they are easy to install without the hassle of messy primers, glues and their unwanted odours. The included stainless steel clamps are corrosion-resistant, rustproof and make installing quick and easy with just a screwdriver, nut driver or torque wrench.
Rubber couplings can be used as a 'quick connect fitting' between a pump and tubing, to connect tubing to a filter, or used a splice to repair tubing that has developed a hole. These rubber couplings are very flexible and make a tight seal around PVC pipe, flexible PVC pipe, ABS pipe, as well as copper, steel, or cast iron pipe.
