CrystalClear Staple Koi Food - 40 lbs Med Pellet

CrystalClear Staple Floating Fish Food provides a balanced, protein-rich diet to keep your pond fish healthy and thriving during warmer months, when they are most active. Formulated with a blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and 32% protein, it supports sustainable growth, vibrant color, and overall fish vitality—without impacting water quality.

Perfect for everyday feeding, these floating pellets are ideal for koi, goldfish, and other pond fish four inches and larger. The three-millimeter pellets soften quickly for easy digestion, reducing excess waste and maintaining cleaner water. Feed up to five times daily when water temperature is above 60°F. Only offer what your fish will eat within five minutes, and remove any uneaten food to prevent organic debris and muck accumulation.

CrystalClear Staple Fish Food is great for automatic fish feeders, and is suited to feed koi in ponds, water gardens, and large indoor aquariums

Daily Pond Tip

Kohaku are white koi with red markings and are the most popular variety in Japan and much of the world. Ideally the red markings should be deep in colour and uniform shade with the edges of the pattern well defined. The base white should be a clean 'snow' white.

Daily Pond tip

Performing regular, parial water changes is a great way to maintain optimal water quality. Changing 10%-15% of the pond water every week or 2, helps to flush out nitrates, tannins and other waste products while replenishing essential minerals.
