Warranty & Return Policy

Hydrosphere Water Gardens sells the highest quality products, however if a product malfunctions or is defective it may be returned within the warranty period for the product.

Most warranty issues are handled by us however please note:

All Algreen warranty issues must be dealt directly with Algreen Products. Contact them at 1-800-984-9933

Defective Merchandise

Please contact us by phone 905-715-2447 or email orders@pondexperts.ca before returning any product.

If an item is defective the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us.

Non-Defective Merchandise

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you receive, you can return the product for a full refund of purchase price. Please contact us by phone 905-715-2447 or email orders@pondexperts.ca before returning any product.

Returns will be accepted for non-live items that:

Are returned within 15 days of delivery
Are unused and in original packaging
Include all manuals, instructions, warranty registration cards and parts

When returning merchandise please use original packing materials to insure that the item arrives undamaged. Hydrosphere Water Gardens can not be responsible for items damaged while being returned to us.
