Hydrosphere Water Gardens & Fisheries was founded in 1996. Since that time we have strived to become your complete water garden center where you can find Japanese, domestic and butterfly koi,  many varieties of goldfish, strong, healthy water lilies, lotus and aquatic plants, quality pumps, filters and accessories. Just as important, we provide practical advice,  reliable information, and have the experience to solve any pond problem  you may have. At Hydrosphere Water Gardens & Fisheries we pride ourselves on supplying our customers with everything they need to make their  ponds beautiful and enjoyable.

Hydrosphere Water Gardens owner, Chris Dahl, has a B.Sc. specialized honours in Marine Biology to compliment his 25 years experience keeping and breeding fish. He has designed and constructed dozens of ponds and water features, and also provides pond maintenance and consultation services. In addition, he has worked at the Toronto Zoo for the Curator of Fishes and travelled to Kenya to help install exhibit ponds at the National Museum of Kenya in Kisumu. Currently, he provides maintenance on a 35,000 gallon aquarium located in Vaughan that houses native Ontario fishes.
